Two thousand visitors expected.

Accepting Applications:We are currently accepting applications for vendors at this event. Space is limited, with room for a maximum of 30 vendors.

Can I come in early to set up?
Yes, you can set up for the fair the day before (on Friday November 17th, from 12noon to 5pm)

Can I leave my crafts and items overnight on the Saturday?
Yes, you can leave your booth set up, so it is ready for you on Sunday morning 🙂 The venue is locked up, with alarms and CCTV. No one else will be on board before the ship is unlocked the next day.

Where will the booths be set up?
Booth spaces will be throughout the ship, on all three levels. You have the choice of the cargo deck, the dining saloon, forward and stern saloons or the observation deck. Don’t worry you can come ahead of time to choose your space, so there will be no surprises on the day.

Will there be an admission charge for this event?
Yes there will. Price will be $4 per person, with proceeds to the Okanagan Makers Society, and the SS Sicamous Society.

Is there WiFi access for the Vendors?
Yes, there is a Shaw Open signal located just beside the ship. You can sign in with a guest account, and signal is nice and strong.

Will there be tea and coffee available for purchase?
Yes, we hope so. This is usually looked after by one of our vendors (there is the option of signing up for the ship’s kitchen, if you are interested!)

How many guests are you expecting at this event?
We had 2,500 visitors through our doors at the 2016 Annual Christmas Market. We are hoping for a similar turn out this year 🙂 Visitors are all ages, and we have an elevator for guests to use, so they can easily reach the second level of the ship.

Can I use the elevator for loading supplies?
I’m afraid not, the elevator is for passengers only – strictly no freight.

What about parking?
There is ample free parking for guests in front of the ship, along Lakeshore, and across the road at the Locolanding parking lot. You are welcome to park here while unloading, but it is important that you move your vehicle afterwards, so there is room for customers to park.

Who can apply to be a vendor?
We welcome sellers of Handmade, Homegrown and Vintage items. Imports and re-selling are not allowed at this market.

How much is a space?
Medium Space (6′ x 3′) – $100 for the weekend
Small Space (4’x4′) – $75 for the weekend
Unfortunately we are only accepting full weekend bookings at this time

Are tables included, or should I bring my own?
There are some tables at the ship. They can be booked on a first come basis. Table sizes are 2.5′ x 6′ long, or 3’x3′ card tables.
